Andy  Belanger

Andy Belanger, is a Montreal Based comic artist and professional wrestler, noted for his creativity and unique rocker/horror style, he is one of the leading members of the new Iron Age of comics. After working for over a decade with mainstream comics publishers (D.C. comics- Swampthing with Scott Snyder), Wildstorm (Friday the 13th With Fialkov), Heavy Metal Magazine (With Grant Morrison, Ducan Trussell, Dan Fogler and Donny Cates), TKO (Pound for Pound with Queen of the South creator Natalie Chaidez), IDW (KIll Shakespeare series), Boom, Valiant, Dynamite (Vampirella), and IMAGE (Southern Cross with Becky Cloonan) Belanger started Lethal Comics in 2020 with fellow artist Karl Kerschl, a private art-house style publishing company which relies on crowdfunding and self publishing that focuses on 80’s, early 90’s genre action, horror and Sci-fi. Their motto is “All Comics, no B.S.”Lethal’s titles include Mother Trucker, Psycho Goreman, Venture to the Vile and Death Transit Tanager. Andy is the current Art director and concept designer for Undaunted games working on Forest Hills Last Year and Down Sizing. Belanger’s alter ego Animal Bob Anger wrestles professionally with the IWS federation and has been featured on the fight network Friday nights.
