Pioneering a fusion of American and Manga sensibilities during the late 90's, Humberto Ramos had a wildly imaginative and accomplished sense of action. His run on Impulse showed how he could reinterpret action with a free flowing spontaneous attitude. Ramos' creator owned Crimson for the Cliffhanger imprint solidified his place amongst the hottest artists of the day. Fantasy met with pulsing action in a coming of age story that was a defining moment in his career and showcased his range as an artist. It set him up for greater challenges ahead as his art and career continue to evolve.
